This page describes how LUXE Card, and the digital business cards published on it, handle visitor information. This is a demonstration project built by KASE Agency; no real patient or customer data is processed.

What we collect

Public card pages record anonymous visit analytics (page views, link clicks, QR scans) tied to a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in a cookie — never to a name or account. If you submit a contact form, we store the name, contact details, and message you provide so the clinic can respond to you.

How we use it

Analytics data helps each clinic understand how their card is used (which links get clicked, how many people scan a given QR code). Contact form submissions are shared only with the clinic you submitted them to, so they can follow up with you directly.

Cookies

A single long-lived, anonymous cookie identifies repeat visits for analytics purposes. It contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify you.

Questions about this policy or a request to remove your contact form submission can be sent to the clinic directly through the contact details on their card.
